Mentor/Mentee Program:

The Member Development Team organizes and supervises PSEF's Mentor/Mentee program in which each PSEF new member is paired with an upperclassmen for their first semester in the organization. The team holds social events specifically designed for the mentor/mentee pairings and also requires that pairings participate in MD Events together. The pairings are also required to attend director.s meetings, executive meetings, and outreach events together. The goal of the Mentor/Mentee program is to help newly admitted PSEF members gain a better understanding of the organization as well as to foster a friendly and personable environment for each new member.

MD Events:

The Member Development Team puts on several "MD Events" every semester. Events include skill-building workshops, team-building events, guest and alumni speakers, and industry site visits. The goal of the events that we put on is to increase the professional and leadership qualities of PSEF members. The Member Development Team is always looking for new event ideas in order to meet the needs of PSEF.

If you would like to participate or be a part of any of these programs, please contact the Member Development Team. We would love to hear from you!
